Characteristic. The lyophilized microbial mass of the living antagonistically active strain Bacillus subtilis 3H selected for chromosomal resistance to antibiotic-rimfapicin from the production strain B. subtilis 534. One dose of the preparation contains not less than 1 billion and not more than 5 billion living bacteria.
Pharmacotherapy. Has antagonistic activity, suppressing growth of pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic bacteria, fungi. Due to the isolation of the B.subtilis strain of 3H enzymes by the strain, the drug promotes the breakdown of proteins, fats, carbohydrates and fiber, improving the digestion and assimilation of food, helping to clean wounds, inflammatory foci from necrotic tissues.
Indication. Acute intestinal infections in children, intestinal dysbacteriosis of various genesis, bacterial vaginosis. Prevention of purulent-septic complications in the postoperative period.
Contraindications. Hypersensitivity.
Dosing. Acute intestinal infections: children from 1 month to 1 year - 0.5 doses 2 times a day for 5-7 days, more than 1 year - 1 dose 2 times a day for 5-7 days.
Dysbacteriosis of the intestine and allergic dermatosis: children aged 1 month to 1 year - 0.5 doses 2 times a day for 10-14 days, over 1 year - 1 dose 2 times a day for 10-14 days, adults - 1 dose 2 times a day for 1-20 days.
Bacterial vaginosis and prevention of purulent-septic complications in the postoperative period: adults - 1 dose 2 times a day for 5-10 days.
