Composition and form of release

Pharmacodynamics

Has antifungal action against dermatophytes: Trichophyton rubrum, T.interdigitale, T.mentagrophytes var.gypseum, M.canis, Candida albicans; and moderate bacteriostatic - on Gram-positive microorganisms.

Indications

Dermatophytosis (rubrophytic, microsporia, trichophytosis, pityriasis); superficial forms of candidiasis of skin, nails and mucous genitalia; skin diseases (seborrhea of the scalp, psoriasis, alopecia areata).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity.

Side effects

Itching, burning, flushing of the skin, peeling.

Dosing and Administration

Locally. Liniment is applied a thin layer on the lesions 2 times a day. With candidiasis paronychia - under the occlusive dressing (in the evening). Treatment continues until the disappearance of clinical manifestations: in ruby smooth skin - from 3 to 8 weeks; with microsporia - from 1 to 4 weeks; Candidiasis - 2-4 weeks; with damage to the nails and rollers - at least 4 months; mucous genitalia - 3 weeks (can be combined with antifungal agents of general action); at a pityriasis deprivation - not less than 6 weeks. After the disappearance of clinical manifestations - 1 time per day to prevent relapse within 10-15 days.

The solution is smeared with lesions 2-3 times a day for 1.5 months (with mycosis of the smooth skin of the feet).

With palmar-plantar hyperkeratosis, psoriasis, seborrhea of the scalp and focal alopecia, liniment and solution are used. With hyperkeratosis and psoriasis of the palmar-plantar areas - liniment or solution under the occlusive dressing in the evening for a week.
