Composition (per tablet): Acebutolol 1 tablet contains 200 or 400 mg; 2 blisters in the box on 10 and 15 pieces. respectively.
Pharmacological Properties of Acecor
Pharmachologic effect - antianginal, hypotensive, anti-arrhythmic.
Selectively blocking beta1-adrenergic receptors, reduces myocardial contractility, bcc, renin release.
Indications for Acecor
Hypertension, acute and chronic coronary insufficiency, cardiac arrhythmias in the background of excessive impulses of the sympathetic nervous system.
Contraindications for Acecor
Hypersensitivity, bronchial asthma, severe kidney disease, heart failure, bradycardia, disturbance of AV or intraventricular conduction.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding
Not recommended.
Side effect of Acecor
Anorexia, nausea, diarrhea disorders, fatigue, sleep disturbance.
Interaction
Incompatible with MAO inhibitors, a halogenated anesthetic agents (increases negative inotropic effect). It accelerates the depletion of catecholamine depot on background simpatolitikov (reserpine).
Dosage and Administration
Inside, in the 400-600 mg / day (1 tablet every 8-12 h.); preferably before meals.
Precautions
With care prescribe a low blood pressure (you must watch out for the possible appearance of symptoms of heart failure), diabetes mellitus in combination with reserpine. Discontinuation of therapy should be gradual.
