Pharmachologic effect

Pharmacological action - antiallergic.

It blocks histamine H1 receptors.

Pharmacokinetics

After oral administration, it is rapidly absorbed from the digestive tract. It is excreted as metabolites by the kidneys and intestines.

Clinical Pharmacology

Inhibits the release of histamine and leukotriene C4 from mast cells. The effect manifests itself half an hour after ingestion and persists for 24 hours. It has no tropicity to the H1 receptors in the central nervous system, does not show anticholinergic properties.

Indications for Vero-Loratadine

Seasonal and chronic allergic rhinitis (prevention and treatment), allergic conjunctivitis, urticaria, Quincke's edema, allergic reactions to insect bites; Complex treatment of itching dermatoses (contact allergic dermatitis, chronic eczema).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity.

Application in pregnancy and breastfeeding
