Composition and form of release

100 g of the gel contain indomethacin 3 g, troxevasin 2 g; in tubes of 45 grams, in a cardboard bundle 1 tube.

pharmachologic effect

Pharmacological action - angioprotective, analgesic, anti-edematous, anti-inflammatory local.

Inhibits cyclooxygenase I and II and inhibits the synthesis of PG (prostaglandins). Reduces permeability and fragility of capillaries, suppresses platelet aggregation and improves microcirculation.


Pain and edematous syndrome in musculo-articular diseases (bursitis, tendovaginitis, synovitis, etc. and varicose veins); trophic disorders in the background of chronic venous insufficiency; post traumatic hematomas.


Hypersensitivity (including to acetylsalicylic acid and other NSAIDs), gastric and duodenal ulcer (exacerbation phase), disorders of the coagulating blood system of unknown etiology, bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis, polyps of the nasal mucosa, pregnancy, breast-feeding, age to 14 years.

pregnancy and lactation

Contraindicated in pregnancy. For the duration of treatment, breastfeeding should be discontinued.

Side effects

Allergic reactions: skin hyperemia, rash, hives, itching.

Dosing and Administration

Externally, 1-2 cm of the gel with light rubbing movements are applied to the affected areas 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment - no more than 10 days without consulting a doctor.

Precautionary measures

Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and open wound surfaces. Do not use simultaneously with other NSAIDs.

Storage conditions
