Solcoseryl eye gel 20% 5gr

Solcoseryl - antihypoxic, cytoprotective, regenerating, membrane-stabilizing, angioprotective, wound-healing.

The drug Solcoseryl is a deproteinized hemodialysate containing a wide range of low molecular weight components of the cell mass and serum of milk calves with a molecular weight of 5000 D, the properties of which are currently only partially studied by chemical and pharmacological methods.

In in vitro tests, as well as during preclinical and clinical studies, it was found that Solcoseryl:

• increases reparative and regenerative processes;
• promotes the activation of aerobic metabolic processes and oxidative phosphorylation;
• increases oxygen consumption in vitro and stimulates the transport of glucose to cells under hypoxic conditions and to metabolically depleted cells;
• increases the synthesis of collagen (in vitro);
• stimulates cell proliferation and migration (in vitro).
• Solkoseril gel does not contain fat as auxiliary components, due to which it is easily washed off. Promotes the formation of granulation tissue and the elimination of exudate.

Since the emergence of fresh granulations and wounds drying, it is recommended to use Solcoseryl ointment containing as auxiliary components of fat and forming a protective film on the wound surface.

Indications:

• mechanical damage to the cornea and conjunctiva (erosion, trauma), to accelerate the healing process of postoperative corneal scar and conjunctiva in the postoperative period (after keratoplasty, cataract extraction, antiglaucoma operations);
• corneal burns: chemical (exposure to acids and alkalis), thermal, radiation (exposure to UV, X-ray and other radiation);
• ulcers of the cornea, keratitis (bacterial, viral, fungal etiology), incl. neuroparalytic, in the epithelization stage in combination with antibiotics, antiviral, antifungal agents;
• corneal dystrophy of various genesis (including bullous keratopathy);
• corneal xerosis with lagophthalmus;
• "dry" keratoconjunctivitis;
• to reduce the time required for adaptation to hard and soft contact lenses and improve their tolerability.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to one of the components of the drug.

With caution - with a predisposition to allergic reactions.

Suggested Use:

Eye gel is instilled in 1 drop in the eye from the tube several times a day.

• Comes in original packaging. Item is brand new and unopened.

Storage:

• Keep away from direct sunlight.
• Keep locked and away from children.
• Store in dry place at room temperature.
• Do not exceed storage temperature higher than 25 C
