Lacrisifi eye drops 10ml

Lacrisifi eye drops - protector of the epithelium of the cornea. The drug helps to restore, stabilize and reproduce the optical functions of the tear film. In addition, this drug extends the effect of other ophthalmic drugs, protecting the cornea from their irritating effect.

Possessing high viscosity, increases the duration of contact of the solution with the cornea. The refractive index of the solution is similar to natural tears.

Indications:

• Insufficient lachrymation.
• Lagoftalm.
• Deformation of the eyelids.
• Ectropion.
• Condition after plastic surgery on the eyelids.
• Erosion and trophic ulcers of the cornea.
• Condition after chemical and thermal burns of the cornea and conjunctiva.
• Bullous dystrophic changes of the cornea.
• Keratopathy.
• Microdefects of the epithelium of the cornea.
• Condition after keratoplasty, keratoectomy.
• Eye irritation caused by smoke, dust, cold, wind, sun, salt water, allergic components.
• The need for lengthening or reducing the irritating effect of other eye drops.

Carrying out of diagnostic procedures:

• Gonioscopy.
• Electroretinography.
• Electrooculography.
• Ultrasound.

Dry eye syndrome:

• Sjogren's syndrome.
• Xerosis.
• Keratosis (as part of combination therapy).

Contraindications:

Acute inflammatory and infectious diseases of the anterior chamber of the eye.

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Special instructions:

Caution should be used Lacrisifi in the acute phase of chemical burns of the cornea and conjunctiva (until the complete removal of toxic substances and necrotic tissues).

The development of allergic reactions is possible with prolonged use of the drug. In this case, discontinuation of treatment and the appointment of appropriate therapy are indicated.

When wearing contact lenses before instilling the drug, they should be removed and re-installed no earlier than 20-30 minutes after application of the drug.

The drug Lakrisifi is used only in ophthalmic practice, its long-term use is not recommended. The lack of effect for a short period of time requires consultation of an ophthalmologist.

Use in Pediatrics

Lacrisifi has no sufficient experience in children, so it is possible for children to administer it only if the expected curative effect exceeds the risk of side effects.

Impact on the ability to drive vehicles and manage mechanisms

In view of possible lacrimation after instillation of the drug, it is not recommended to apply it directly before driving vehicles or servicing mechanical equipment

Suggested Use:

Conjunctival. 1-2 drops 4-8 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
