Artelak Splash eye drops - is a natural moisturizer with a high ability to bind to water.

The hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate) included in the Artelak Splash.

The lacrimal fluid consists of three layers that provide the surface of the eye with nutrients, form a protective lubricating barrier between the eyelid and the cornea, and also ensure their normal functioning and clear vision. A natural lacrimal film spreads over the surface of the eye with each blink, protecting the eyes from drying and contributing to the healing of superficial corneal lesions.

If the balance of the tear film is broken, there may be a feeling of dryness, burning, foreign body in the eye, irritation, and redness of the eye, a feeling of fatigue, and sometimes lacrimation.

Indications:

For intensive and prolonged moisturizing with pronounced "dry eyes" caused by:

• The way of life, the impact of environmental factors, such as prolonged work at the computer, and as a result, a rare blink, stay in an air-conditioned room, cigarette smoke, strong wind.
• Systemic diseases, surgical interventions on the eye or taking certain medications, such as contraceptives, antihistamines, beta-blockers, spasmolytic drugs, diuretics.
• To eliminate discomfort when wearing hard and soft contact lenses.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to any of the components that make up the solution (local allergic reactions that occur in rare cases). In such cases, the drug should be discontinued.

Suggested Use:

It is recommended to instill in the Artelac Splash in the conjunctival sac of each eye for 1 drop as needed.

Always remove the protective cap before using the solution. Do not touch the tip of the bottle with your fingers.

Place the thumb and index finger on the round plate of the dispenser near the tip of the bottle, and put the little finger on the bottom of the bottle. Fingers that are located in the middle, you can support the bottle on the sides.

Before the first application of the pumping device, it is necessary to press the plate of the dispenser about 7 times before the first drop appears.

To drip the solution, tilt the head back and hold the bottle above the eye as you like. Gently pull the lower eyelid with the finger of the free hand, hold the bottle in a vertical position and gently press the plate of the dispenser. After that, close your eyes and slowly move your eyes in all directions, so that the drop spreads over the surface of the eye.

You can help yourself with the other hand for greater accuracy, if you feel that it is necessary.

When wearing soft and hard lenses, you can instill Artelac splash into the conjunctival sac of the eye without removing the lenses.
