Composition and release form

One vaccine dose (0.5 ml) of the vaccine contains 5 flocculating units (LF) of the diphtheria and 5 antitoxin-binding units (EC) of tetanus toxoid. Sorbent - aluminum hydroxide - 0,25-0,55 mg / ml. Preservative-merthiolate is 0.05 mg / ml. Ampoules of 1 ml (two inoculations), in the package 10 pcs.

Characteristic

ADS-M-anatoxin with a reduced antigen content consists of a mixture of purified diphtheria-tetanus toxoid adsorbed on aluminum hydroxide. The preparation is a suspension of white or slightly yellowish color, separated when standing on a clear liquid part and a loose sediment, completely shattered by shaking.

Dosing and Administration

Before vaccination, the ampoule must be shaken thoroughly until a homogeneous suspension is obtained. The vaccination course consists of two vaccinations with an interval of 30-45 days. The first revaccination is carried out once 6-9 months after the finished vaccination, the second booster vaccination with an interval of 5 years.

Precaution measures
