Composition and form of release

5 ml of the suspension for oral administration contain rofecoxib 12.5 or 25 mg; in bottles of 150 ml, in the box 1 bottle.

Dosing and Administration

Inside, with meals or regardless of food intake.

Osteoarthritis: the initial dose is 12.5 mg once a day, to achieve the effect of increasing to a maximum dose of 25 mg.

Management of acute pain and treatment of primary dysmenorrhea: the initial dose is 50 mg once a day, then 25-50 mg once a day, the maximum daily dose is 50 mg.
