Mode of action - antimigraine.

Dosing and Administration

Rectally, 1 supp. (When a migraine attack occurs).

If the symptoms of migraine do not disappear and do not decrease after the first dose, then to stop the same attack, do not use the drug again. However, the drug can be used to stop subsequent migraine attacks.

If the patient feels better after the first dose and then the symptoms resume, a second dose can be administered within the next 24 hours. The maximum dose of sumatriptan should not exceed 300 mg during a 24-hour period.
