Composition and release form

Treatment of severe and resistant forms of allergic diseases during the periods of remission (in adults and children): chronic recurrent urticaria, atopic dermatitis and eczema, atopic bronchial asthma (with the impossibility of using specific therapy with allergens), asthmatic bronchitis, allergic rhinosinusopathy, allergic conjunctivitis, Season of flowering), relapsing edema of Quincke (except for hereditary angioneurotic edema).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity (including to other blood products), allergic diseases in the acute stage, acute infectious diseases, exacerbation of chronic infections, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, glomerulonephritis, rheumatism, severe diseases of the nervous, hematopoietic and endocrine systems, diffuse diseases Connective tissue, hypertension II-III degree, malignant neoplasms, specific hypensensitivity, preventive vaccinations, corticosteroid therapy.

Side effects

Dizziness, exacerbation of the underlying disease (with symptoms of malaise, headache, nausea, falling blood pressure, severe weakness, etc.), fever (up to 37.5 ° C), anaphylactic reactions, incl. shock; Hyperemia of the skin (at the injection site).

Dosing and Administration

SC or IM (previously dissolved). 2 ml (1 dose) for adults - 5-12 injections at intervals of 2 to 5 days (depending on the severity of the disease), children - 4-10 injections, at intervals of 3-7 days; If necessary, the course is repeated 1-2 months in adults and 2 months (at least) in children.

Precautionary measures

With caution apply during menstruation (possibly increased bleeding). In chronic infections and rheumatism appoint after 1 month (no earlier) than after the disappearance of symptoms of exacerbation or during remission.
