Pharmacology

Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antiallergic, immunosuppressive, glucocorticoid.

Activates specific receptors located in the cytoplasm of cells of target organs, induces the synthesis of mRNA and the formation of a special class of proteins - lipocortins, one of which is lipomodulin, inhibits the activity of phospholipase A2.
