Composition

Ethanol 70% - a sufficient amount to obtain 1 liter of tincture.

Transparent liquid brown with a yellowish or greenish tint of color, a peculiar smell.

Has expectorant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial effect. Stimulates tissue regeneration, enhances the secretory activity of the glands of the stomach and intestines.

Indications

Applied as an expectorant for diseases of the respiratory tract (bronchitis, tracheitis), accompanied by a cough with hard-to-separate sputum (as part of complex therapy).

External - for the treatment of superficial skin lesions (minor wounds and abrasions).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, hypersecretion of gastric juice, hyperacid gastritis, peptic ulcer of stomach and duodenum (in the stage of exacerbation), pregnancy, lactation period, children's age (up to 12 years).

Liver diseases, alcoholism, traumatic brain injury, brain diseases, children over 12 years of age.

Dosing and Administration

Inside for 30-40 cap 3 times a day for 7-10 days. For external use, when treating small wounds and abrasions, use a cotton swab soaked in tincture.

Side effects

Allergic reactions, heartburn. With external application, a brief burning sensation.

Overdose

To date, cases of overdose have not been reported.

Interaction

It is not recommended simultaneous use with antitussive drugs (including containing codeine).
