Composition and release form

100 g of gel and ointment contain heparin sodium of 30,000 or 60,000 IU; In tubes of 40 and 100 g, in a box of 1 tube.

Pharmachologic effect

Mode of action - Anti-edematous, anticoagulant.

Potentiates the inhibitory effect of antithrombin III on activated blood coagulation factors.

Pharmacodynamics

Improves microcirculation in the area of skin seams and activates tissue metabolism, thereby accelerating the processes of resorption of hematomas and thrombi and reduces swelling of tissues.

Clinical Pharmacology

Good tolerance of the gel is due to the content of a special fat component in it, which has a beneficial effect on the skin.

Indication of the drug Thrombophob

Sports injuries and injuries (bruises, contusions, bruises, joint injuries with sprains or ligament rupture), dislocations, tendovaginitis, local swelling after injury, thrombophlebitis of superficial veins.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity (to heparin and its homologues).

Pregnancy and breast-feeding

It is not contraindicated.

Side effects

Allergic reactions (in isolated cases).

Dosing and Administration

Externally, without massaging and without strong rubbing, apply to damaged areas 2-3 times a day for no more than 10 days in the treatment of swelling after bruising, with inflammation of superficial veins - within 1-2 weeks.

Precautionary measures

Do not apply to open wounds (only on nearby skin areas).
