Contraindications for Synarome

Sinus bradycardia, AV block, hypotension, cardiogenic shock, congestive heart failure, renal failure, pregnancy, lactation.

Side effect of Synarome

Weakness, dizziness, headache, sleep disturbance, depression, nausea, constipation, diarrhea, skin redness, itching, paresthesia, bradycardia, hypotension, AV block, heart failure, bronchospasm, reduced secretion of tear fluid, conjunctivitis, sialoschesis, impotence, hypoglycemia in patients with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus.

Dosage and Administration

Inside of 100-200 mg per day for 2 admission.
