Weakness, dizziness, headache, sleep disturbance, depression, nausea, constipation, diarrhea, skin redness, itching, paresthesia, bradycardia, hypotension, AV block, heart failure, bronchospasm, reduced secretion of tear fluid, conjunctivitis, sialoschesis, impotence, hypoglycemia in patients with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus.
