Pharmacological Properties

Solcoseryl - chemically and biologically standardized deproteinized dialysate prepared from blood of healthy dairy calves ultrafiltration. Solkoseril contains a wide range of natural compounds of low molecular weight up to 5000 Daltons: glycolipids, nucleosides and nucleotides, amino acids, oligopeptides, trace elements, electrolytes, intermediate products of carbohydrate and fat metabolism. Solcoseryl activates the transport of oxygen and nutrients at the cellular level, oxygen consumption increases the cell and stimulates the ATP synthesis, enhances proliferation of reversibly injured cells, particularly under hypoxic conditions, thereby accelerating wound healing processes. Solcoseryl stimulates angiogenesis, promotes revascularization of ischemic tissues, and - the creation of favorable conditions for the synthesis of collagen and growth of fresh granulation tissue, accelerates re-epithelialization and wound closure. Solcoseryl also has membrane stabilizing and cytoprotective action.
Polidocanol 600 - local anesthetic; It is acting in the peripheral nerves, causing their reversible blocking. It provides a fast and long-lasting local anesthetic effect. After applying the paste to the oral mucosa pain docked 2-5 minutes; anesthesia is maintained for 3-5 hours.

Indications
Solcoseryl dental adhesive paste used in patients of all age groups for the local acceleration of wound healing, pain relief and protect the wound surface for the following diseases and conditions:

  • Alveolitis

Contraindications
Individual sensitivity to any of the formulation components, including free parahydroxybenzoic acid (E 210), the presence of residual amounts of characteristics which is caused in the production process of the preparation.
Dosing and Administration
A preparation for topical application in the oral mucosa.
Mucous membrane surface must be pre-dried with a cotton or gauze swab.
