Composition and form of release

Dosing and Administration

Inside, without chewing, during or after a meal, adults: 25-50 mg 2-3 times a day, after achieving a therapeutic effect, the dose is gradually reduced and switched to maintenance treatment at a dose of 50 mg / day. The maximum daily dose is 150 mg. With juvenile rheumatoid arthritis: on an empty stomach, with a small amount of liquid, daily dose - up to 3 mg / kg. Acute conditions or relief of an exacerbation of a chronic disease: after a single I / m administration, they switch to oral intake taking into account the maximum daily dose of 150 mg (including on the day of injection). Children over 6 years of age: daily dose of 2 mg / kg (appoint only pills).
