Excited benzodiazepine receptors activates potentiates GABAergic system and inhibitory effects of GABA.

Pharmacodynamics

Indications for Sibazon tablets

Neuroses - and psychopathic disorders with stress, anxiety, fear; psychosis, agitation, convulsions, epilepsy, alcohol withdrawal.

Contraindications for Sibazon tablets

Severe renal failure, myasthenia gravis. Not recommended in the I trimester of pregnancy. Lactating women should abandon breastfeeding.

Sibazon tablets Dosage and Administration
