pharmachologic effect

The pharmacological action is antiestrogenic.

Blocks estrogen receptors, enhances the secretion of gonadotropins to stimulate the maturation and endocrine activity of follicles in the ovaries, ovulation and the development of a functioning corpus luteum (in small doses), inhibits the secretion of gonadotropins (in high doses).

Indication

Infertility, functional uterine bleeding, secondary amenorrhea, oligomenorrhea expressed, polycystic ovarian syndrome (Stein-Leventhal type) when stored ovarian function.

Contraindications

Dysfunction of the liver, existing or previously existing visual impairment, ovarian cysts, pregnancy.

Side effects
