Structure and Composition

Pharmachologic effect

Mode of action - Anti-inflammatory, analgesic, venotonic, decongestant.

Prevents the activation of lysosomal enzymes that break down proteoglycan, reduces the fragility and permeability of capillaries, increases blood flow, eliminates venous congestion.

Pharmacodynamics

Eszin, penetrating through the skin, prevents water retention in tissues and inhibits the formation of edema, inhibits inflammation, eliminates local edema. Diethylamine salicylate has anti-inflammatory properties that are enhanced by escin, and causes an analgesic effect.

Indications for Reparil -gel N

Injuries (bruises, sprains or rupture of ligaments, crushing of the bones, hematoma, inflammation of the tendon sheath), pain syndromes associated with the pathology of the spine (pain in the nape, lumbago, sciatica), superficial inflammation of the veins (including after injections or infusions), phlebeurysm.

Hypersensitivity.

Dosing and Administration

External, apply to the affected areas, evenly distributing the gel (possibly rubbing), once or several times a day.
