Composition and release form

Pharmacokinetics
After instillation in the eye, Levocabastine is absorbed slowly and not completely. The concentration in the plasma is too small to have a systemic effect. With a single intranasal injection, 30-40 μg of levocabastine is absorbed, 70% of this amount is excreted mostly unchanged in urine. T1 / 2 35-40 hours.
