Composition and release form

Gel for vaginal application 3 g (2.5 ml)

Dinoprostone 1 or 2 mg

Pharmacology

Mode of action - stimulating generic activity.

Dosing and Administration

Intravaginal. For the induction of childbirth with full term or almost full pregnancy: the whole contents of the syringe (the initial dose - 1 mg) is introduced into the posterior vaginal vault.

If necessary, after 6 hours, inject a second dose of the gel (1 or 2 mg): 2 mg - in the case of complete absence of effect after the first dose; 1 mg - to enhance the effect already achieved after the first dose.
