Pharmachologic effect

Mode of action - Anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, antiaggregational, analgesic.

It inhibits cyclooxygenase and decreases biosynthesis of PG and thromboxane A2, inhibits exudative and proliferative phases of inflammation and lowers the sensitivity of pain receptors to endogenous algogenic substances, reduces fever, Reduces the content of PG in the cerebrospinal fluid.

Indications for Plidol 300

Pain syndrome of mild and moderate intensity (headache, myalgia, arthralgia, toothache, neuralgia, pain with burns, dysmenorrhea, etc.); Fever for colds and flu; Acute and chronic inflammatory diseases.

Contraindications
