Plantaglucid (the sum of large plantain leaves polysaccharides), containing a content of reducing sugars from 9% to 20% - 1 g.

Description of dosage form

Granules from light brown with a grayish shade to a dark brown with a grayish tinge or a dark gray color, with a weak specific odor.

Plantazid - an antispasmodic agent of plant origin, is a summary preparation from the leaves of plantain large (Plantago major L.). Contains a mixture of polysaccharides.

Reduces the tone of the smooth muscles of the stomach and intestines, has a moderate anti-inflammatory effect, reduces the puffiness of the folds of the mucous membrane of the stomach. Enhances the secretion of gastric juice, increasing its acidity.

Hypoacid gastritis.

Dosing and Administration
