Composition and form of release

1 ampoule with 5 ml of a 6% aqueous solution for injection contains phosphaestrol 300 mg; In a cardboard bundle 10 pcs.

Dosing and Administration

To determine the individual sensitivity with the first injection, 150 mg slowly were administered. Treatment is carried out in 2 stages: first the main course, then maintenance therapy. The main course: (the dose and duration are selected individually) in / in 300 mg daily for 25-30 days; In patients under 65 years old, in the absence of pathology of the cardiovascular system and the liver, the first course is carried out with a dose of 600 mg daily. With poor tolerance, the drug is diluted in 40% glucose solution and injected / drip. Supportive therapy is performed when obtaining a stable effect: IV interval 300-600 mg 1-2 times a week or inside - 200-300 mg per day. Avoid interruptions in treatment. Tablets are taken before meals with a little water.
