Composition and form of release

1 tablet contains metamizole sodium and paracetamol at 0.3 g, caffeine 0.05 g, codeine phosphate 0.008 g and phenobarbital 0.01 g; in contour acheikova packing 10 pcs., in a cardboard bundle 1 or 2 packs or 12 pcs., in a cardboard bundle 1 package.

pharmachologic effect

Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic.

Inhibits cyclooxygenase and inhibits the biosynthesis of PG (prostaglandins) (analgin and paracetamol), stimulates opiate receptors, activates the antinociceptive system (codeine). Oppresses (sedative effect) CNS (central nervous system) (phenobarbital). Caffeine increases the permeability of histogematic membranes and increases the concentration of other components in the central nervous system.

Indications

Moderately expressed pain syndrome: headache and dental pain, migraine, neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, primary dysmenorrhea; fever.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity (including to individual components), pulmonary insufficiency, acute attack of bronchial asthma, respiratory failure due to respiratory center depression, impaired liver and / or kidney function.

pregnancy and lactation

Contraindicated in pregnancy. For the duration of treatment, breastfeeding should be discontinued.

Side effects

From the nervous system and sensory organs: drowsiness, lethargy, lower concentration of attention.

From the cardiovascular system and blood (hematopoiesis, hemostasis): granulocytopenia, agranulocytosis.

Interaction

Dosing and Administration
