Composition and form of release

1 tablet contains metamizole sodium 0.3 g, naproxen 0.1 g, caffeine 0.05 g, codeine (base) 0.008 g and phenobarbital 0.01 g; in a contour acheive box 10 pcs., in a box 1 or 2 packs.

Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic, spasmolytic, sedative.

Has the properties of sedatives (phenobarbital), non-narcotic analgesics and NSAIDs (metamizole, naproxen), strengthened codeine (blocks opiate receptors) and caffeine (increases the permeability of histohematological barriers).

Indications

Moderately expressed pain syndrome: toothache and headache, myalgia, arthralgia, radiculitis, neuralgia, algodismenorea, etc .; febrile conditions, colds and other diseases, accompanied by pain and inflammation.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer (at the stage of exacerbation), blood diseases, conditions accompanied by respiratory depression, increased intracranial pressure, craniocerebral trauma, acute myocardial infarction, cardiac rhythm disturbance, hypertension, alcohol intoxication, acute attack of bronchial asthma, glaucoma, marked violation of liver and / or kidney function, pregnancy, breast-feeding, children under 12 years.

Interaction

Increases the toxic effect of non-opioid analgesics, reduces the level of cyclosporin concentration in the plasma. Tricyclic antidepressants, oral contraceptives, allopurinol increases the toxic effect of metamizole sodium; Barbiturates, phenylbutazone - weaken. Sedative drugs and tranquilizers increase the analgesic effect of Pentalgina-H.

Dosing and Administration

Inside, 1 table 1-3 times a day. The maximum daily dose is 4 tablets. The course of treatment is no more than 5 days.

Overdose

Symptoms: nausea, vomiting, pain in the stomach, tachycardia, arrhythmia, respiratory depression.

Treatment: gastric lavage, the appointment of absorbents; symptomatic therapy.

Precautionary measures
