Composition and release form

1 tablet contains aminomethylbenzoic acid 250 mg; In the package 10 pcs. 1 ampoule with 5 ml solution for injection - 50 mg; In the package 5 pcs.

Pharmachologic effect

Mode of action - Antiproteinase, antifibrinolytic.

Indications of the drug Pamba

Local and generalized bleeding due to activation of fibrinolysis.

Contraindications

Renal failure, vitreous hemorrhage, hypercoagulable phase of consumption coagulopathy, pregnancy (first trimester).

Side effects

Dyspeptic disorders, dizziness, fluctuations in blood pressure, tachycardia, renal colic (in the treatment of hematuria).

Dosing and Administration

Inside, 1 tab. 3-4 times a day. In acute generalized fibrinolytic bleeding IV - 50-100 mg or in / m - 100 mg. Possible infusion introduction (100 mg / h) with isotonic sodium chloride solution or glucose. To interrupt fibrinolytic therapy (streptokinase, urokinase), 50 mg is administered. With the development of the consumption coagulopathy syndrome in addition to the treatment with heparin, iv 50-100 mg.
