Pharmacokinetics
Quickly and almost completely absorbed from the digestive tract. Almost completely (99%) binds to proteins. The volume of distribution is 0.09 l / kg. The cavity of the joint penetrates slowly: 3-4 hours after ingestion, the concentration in the synovial fluid is 50% of the plasma level, and after 15 hours - about 74%. A significant therapeutic effect develops after 10 hours. More than half of the administered amount undergoes biotransformation - forms glucuronides.
