Composition and form of release

1 tablet contains phenoprofen 300 mg (in the form of calcium dihydrate).

Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic.

Indication

Pain syndrome of mild and moderate intensity, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, gout.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, ulcerative lesions of the digestive tract, pronounced impaired kidney function, pregnancy, lactation, children's age.

Side effects

Individual patients are: NSAIDs-gastropathy, headache, drowsiness, dizziness, tremor, anxiety, increased sweating, itching, rash, ringing in the ears, hearing loss, palpitations, asthenia, swelling, dyspnea, weakness, nasopharyngitis, jaundice, hepatitis, bleeding, dysuria, nephropathic syndrome.

Interaction

Do not combine with salicylates. Increases the effect (including toxic) of hydantoin, sulfonamides, indirect anticoagulants (possibly displacing them from the bond with plasma albumins).

Dosing and Administration

With arthritis 300-600 mg 3-4 times a day. If the pain is 200 mg every 4-6 hours, if necessary, the daily dose should not exceed 3200 mg. Course 2-3 weeks. The drug can be administered during meals or with milk.
