Composition and release form

1 tablet contains astemizole 10 mg, in a package of 10 pcs.

Pharmachologic effect

Pharmacological action - antiallergic.

It blocks histamine H1 receptors.

Pharmacokinetics

After taking a single dose of Cmax in the blood plasma is determined after 30-60 minutes; Metabolized in the liver, excreted mainly with bile.

Allergic diseases, allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, urticaria.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, pregnancy, lactation, age (up to 6 years).
