Pharmachologic effect

Mode of action - miorelaksiruyuschee, tranquilizing.

Clinical Pharmacology

It has a soothing, anxiolytic, muscle relaxant, anticonvulsant effect. The sedative effect is combined with some activating effect on the central nervous system, which is why the working capacity during the day is less ("daily" tranquilizer).

Indications for the preparation of Mezapam tablets 0.01 g

Neurosis, neurotic symptoms with alcoholism.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, hepatic-renal failure, myasthenia gravis, pregnancy.

Side effects

Drowsiness, lethargy, impaired coordination of movements, mental dependence, allergic reactions.

Interaction

Strengthens the effects of (mutually) hypnotics, anesthetic drugs, analgesics.

Dosing and Administration

Inside, 0.01-0.02 g 2-3 times a day (daily dose - 0.06-0.07 g) not more than 2 months.
