Pharmachologic effect
Mode of action - Anabolic, regenerating, anti-catabolic.
Dosing and Administration
Locally, externally. To treat acute bulletic radiation dermatitis, burns, wounds and ulcers, 10% ointment is applied topically, which is compatible with external applications of sulfonamides, antibiotics and antiseptic agents. Ointment is applied to the damaged areas with a thin layer of 5-20 g daily for 15-30 days. Ointment is used in loose tampons for the treatment of radio-epithelial and late radiation lesions of the vagina.
Rectally. Adults - 1-2 soups. 1-4 times a day, children aged 3-8 years - 1/2 soup. per day; 8-15 years - 1 soup. per day. The course of treatment - from 7 days to 4 months, depending on the nature of the disease.
