Pharmacotherapy

Means of plant origin; has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, enveloping and laxative effect.

Indications

As an enveloping drug for reducing irritation in inflammatory and ulcerative lesions of the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract (peptic ulcer of stomach and duodenum, gastritis, enteritis, colitis) and with burns. As a laxative drug: constipation.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity.

Dosing

Take inside, in the form of infusion, 30 minutes before meals, 50-70 ml (1/4 cup) 3 times a day. To prepare the infusion of 1.5 parts of seeds, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, mix for 15 minutes, filter, squeeze. The course of treatment - 2-3 weeks.

For the treatment of constipation: 1-3 ts. Of seeds swollen in water, 2-3 times a day, washed down with water.

Outer, in the form of poultices with burns.
