Dosing and Administration

With the progression of the disease - 1-3 table. (60-180 mg) 2-4 times a day.

The maximum daily dose is 12 tablets. (720 mg).

The dosage of pyridostigmine bromide in Myasthenia gravis is strictly individual, depending on the severity of the disease and the response of patients to treatment. Therefore, the dose regimens recommended for this indication should be considered as indicative.

Treatment of patients with kidney disease. For patients with kidney disease, the drug is prescribed in lower doses. Pyridostigmine bromide in unchanged form is excreted from the body mainly by the kidneys.
