Dosing and Administration

IV (slowly) by stream or drop injection.

With complicated pancreatitis: 100 RU jet in 10-20 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution, then drip 300 ED / day for 2-6 days. When the therapeutic effect is achieved, the daily dose is reduced to 150-100 ED.

In acute pancreatitis: drip, 200 units in the first day, then 60ED / day for 3-4 days.

With fibrinolytic bleeding: up to 300 units / day.

With a burn shock: 140-200 units per day for 5-7 days.
