Dosing and Administration

Inside, after eating, 200 mg 1-2 times / day. For long-term use and treatment of patients older than 65 years - 100 mg 2 times a day. In case of renal dysfunction, the dosing regimen depends on Cl creatinine: more than 80 ml / min - 100-200 mg 2 times / day, 40-80 ml / min - 100 mg 2 times / day, less than 40 ml / min - 100 mg 1 time / Day or every other day. Patients on hemodialysis are given 100 mg before the session.
