Composition and release form

1 ampoule with 5 ml solution for injection contains 4-aminomethylbenzoic acid 50 mg, in the package 5 pcs.

1 tablet - 100 mg, in the package of 20 and 100 pcs.

Pharmachologic effect

Mode of action - Antifibrinolytic.

Inhibition of plasmin formation, inhibition of plasminogen activators.

Indications of the drug Gumbix

Intraoperative and postoperative hemorrhages, especially with operations on the prostate gland, lungs, pancreas, brain, in gynecology, operations with artificial circulation; Treatment of large wounds, traumatic bleeding, postpartum hemorrhage, hypermenorrhea, bleeding in leukemia, cirrhosis, metastases in the stomach, pancreas or prostate, bleeding during transfusions; As an antidote in the therapy with fibrinolytic drugs.

Contraindications

Hemorrhage in the vitreous, severe impairment of kidney function, thromboembolic processes, increased blood coagulability, the first trimester of pregnancy.

Side effects

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness; Fluctuations in blood pressure and tachycardia (during or immediately after parenteral administration of the drug), thrombophlebitis at the injection site.

Dosing and Administration

Enter IV or IM (by drop injection or by stream injection) 5 ml (1 ampoule) 1-3 times a day, if necessary 4 times a day. Inside after eating, without chewing, squeezed liquid for 1-2 tablets. 3 times a day.
