Pharmachologic effect
vasoconstrictor, antikongestivnoe, alpha adrenomimeticheskoe.
Narrowing of blood vessels of the nasal mucosa, reduces congestion, edema, and the amount of discharge.
pharmacodynamics

Indications
Acute rhinitis (viral, bacterial, allergic), acute or chronic sinusitis, acute otitis media
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, atrophic rhinitis, increased intraocular pressure, angle-closure glaucoma, hypertension, marked atherosclerosis, tachycardia, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, pheochromocytoma, simultaneous reception of MAO inhibitors and the period up to 14 days after the end of their application.

Galazolin Dosage and Administration
Intranasal.
Nasal drops 0.1%. Adults and children over 6 years: usually 2-3 drops of the solution to both nasal passage 2-3 times a day or 1 drop of gel 3 times a day.
Nasal drops 0.05%. Children aged 2 to 6 years of age: 1-2 drops of the solution into both nasal running 1-2 times per day.

Overdose
