Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, antiaggregational, analgesic.

It blocks cyclooxygenase and inhibits the synthesis of PG.

Indications

Articular syndrome: rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, mono- and polyarthritis, incl. juvenile chronic polyarthritis; degenerative joint diseases: arthrosis, coxarthrosis, spondylarthrosis, rheumatic soft tissue damage: periarthritis, bursitis, tenosynovitis, fibrositis, myositis; gout; neuralgia, neuritis, lumboschialgia; post-traumatic syndrome; obstetric-gynecological pain, painful edema and inflammation after surgical interventions.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity (including to other NSAIDs), blood disorders of unknown origin, peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer, bronchial asthma, severe disorders of the liver and kidneys, children's age (up to 6 years, for retard tablets - up to 16 years ).

Side effects

Interaction

Reduces the plasma level of digoxin, phenytoin and lithium preparations, weakens the effect of diuretics and hypotensive drugs. Increases the gastro-toxicity of NSAIDs and glucocorticosteroids, potentiates hyperkalemia with the intake of potassium-sparing diuretics, increases the toxic effect on the kidneys of methotrexate and cyclosporine. Acetylsalicylic acid reduces the concentration by 20%.

Dosing and Administration

Inside, not liquid, with a sufficient amount of liquid, during or after a meal. The daily dose is 75-150 mg. For long-term treatment - 75-100 mg per day in 2-3 divided doses. For relief of pain at night and with morning stiffness, combine tablets in the afternoon with 1 table. retard in the evening, before bed. Children older than 5 years - 2-3 mg / kg body weight per day in 2-3 hours.

Tablets retard without chewing and not dividing, according to 1 table. 1 time per day.

Precautionary measures
