Composition and release form

1 ampoule with 10 ml solution for intravenous injection contains aminophylline 0.24 g; In a pack of 10 pcs.

1 tablet contains aminophylline 0.15 g; In banks of 30 pcs., In a box of 1 jar or in a contour acheikova pack of 10 pcs., In a pack of 3 packs.

Dosing and Administration

IV (slowly for 4-6 minutes), for adults - 5-10 ml of 2.4% solution (previously diluted in 10-20 ml of 20% or 40% glucose solution); IV the drip - 10-20 ml in 500 ml of 5% glucose solution for 2-2.5 hours. Inside, after eating, 0.1-0.15 g 2-3 times a day. In microclysts: 0.3-0.5 g is dissolved in 20-25 ml of warm water. Higher doses for adults - IV: single - 0.25 g, daily - 0.5 g; Inside, IM, rectally: single - 0.5 g, daily - 1.5 g.
