Structure and Composition

1 gelatin capsule weighing 0.45 or 1 g contains polyunsaturated fatty acids of family omega & minus-3 (eicosapentaenoic and docosahexaenoic etc. acids.) To 28%, saturated fatty acids 30%, monounsaturated fatty acids 42%, vitamins A, D and E; in 30, 70 banks, 100 pcs. and 16, 30, 40, 50, 400 pcs., respectively.

Characteristics

Transparent oily liquid from light yellow to light brown color with a specific smell and taste of fish oil.

Pharmachologic effect

Mode of action - fibrinolytic, antiagregatine, hypotensive, hypocholesterolemic.

LDL and VLDL normalizes structure alters cell membrane, fluid properties, and increases the functional activity of receptors, lipoproteins improves the interaction with enzymes and causes hypolipidemic effect. Reduces arachidonic and increases - eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid in the membranes of platelets, inhibits the synthesis of thromboxane A2 and eicosanoid enhancing clot formation and promotes the formation of thromboxane A3 and eicosanoids line E3, non-proagregatsionnym effect synthesis vasodilatory PG activates liberatiou adenosine (but not noradrenaline ) and inhibits transport of intracellular calcium, and exhibits a vasodilating antihypertensive properties.

Pharmacodynamics

Reduces cholesterol and triglycerides in the plasma for hyperlipidemia, atherosclerosis slows promotes resorption of existing plaques lowers blood glucose and blood pressure, inhibits platelet aggregation, normalize elevated blood clotting, promotes lysis of fresh clots.

Indications of the drug Euconol

Atherosclerosis, dyslipidemia, hyperlipidemia in nephrotic syndrome, coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction, stroke, hypertension, atherosclerosis vessels of the lower limbs with a syndrome of intermittent claudication, atherosclerotic and encephalopathy, rheumatoid arthritis, cholecystitis, psoriasis, lichen planus of the oral mucosa, recurrent aphthous stomatitis, allergic diseases in children; chemotherapy and radiotherapy (as protective means).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, aggravation of chronic cholecystitis, or pancreatitis.

Side effects

There are fish burp and taste in the mouth (in the early days of admission), diarrhea, uredo.

Dosing and Administration

The inside is not bolt down, drinking plenty of water, 30 minutes after a meal, preferably in the morning. The daily dose of 6-12 caps. (1 g) or 12-24 caps. (0.45 g) in 2-3 hours; prevention - 2-6 capsules. (1 g) or 4-12 caps. (0.45 g). Course - 3 months or more.
