Pharmacological action. Combined preparation. Dihydroergocriptine (dihydrogenated ergot derivative) blocks the alpha 1 and alpha 2-adrenergic receptors of platelets and vascular smooth muscle cells. Provides dopaminergic, serotonergic action reduces erythrocyte and platelet aggregation reduces vascular permeability, improving blood circulation and metabolism in the brain, brain tissues increases resistance to hypoxia. Indications.
