Composition and form of release

1 tablet-forte contains diclofenac sodium 50 mg; in a cardboard box 2 blisters for 10 pcs.

1 tablet-retard - 100 mg; in a cardboard box 2 blisters for 10 pcs.

1 ampoule with 3 ml solution for injection - 75 mg; in a cardboard box 5 ampoules of 3 ml.

1 suppository - 50 mg; in a cardboard box 2 blisters for 10 pcs.

pharmachologic effect

Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic.

Oppresses cyclooxygenase and inhibits the biosynthesis of PG.

Indications

Inflammatory and degenerative joint diseases: rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, arthrosis and spondyloarthrosis; gout, extraarticular forms of rheumatism, dysmenorrhea, inflammatory syndrome.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, incl. in the anamnesis, a peptic ulcer, pregnancy (I-st trimester).

Side effects

Pain in the epigastric region, belching, vomiting, diarrhea, headaches, mild dizziness, skin allergic reactions; when using candles - a burning sensation in the rectum and tenesmus.

Dosing and Administration

Inside (not liquid, during or after a meal), rectally; Adults (table) - 100-150 mg (initial dose) per day in 2-3 divided doses. The maintenance dose is 1 tab. retard a day.

With dysmenorrhea - 50-150 mg per day; suppositories: initial daily dose - 100-150 mg (1 supp 2-3 times a day); maintenance dose - 100 mg per day (1 supp 2 times a day).

At the expressed pains - on 1 ampoule 1-2 times a day v / m.

Precautionary measures

With prolonged use, the cellular composition of the blood should be monitored regularly. For the duration of treatment it is necessary to stop breastfeeding.
