Pharmacotherapy
Combined drug, the effect of which is due to its constituent components; Has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effect. Dexamethasone - GCS, has an anti-inflammatory, antiallergic, desensitizing effect, inhibits the release of inflammatory mediators, stabilizes the membranes of cells and cellular organelles, reduces the permeability of capillaries. Neomycin - aminoglycoside, is active against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae. Polymyxin B - is active against gram-negative bacteria: Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa. To the action of these antibiotics resistant Streptococcus spp., Incl. Streptococcus pneumoniae, and anaerobic bacteria. The combination of two antibiotics significantly expands the spectrum of antimicrobial action on the majority of Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms that cause infections of the ENT organs. Phenylephrine - alpha1-adrenostimulator, has a vasoconstrictive effect.
Indications
Infectious and inflammatory diseases of ENT organs: acute and chronic rhinitis and rhinopharyngitis, sinusitis.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, zakratougolnaya glaucoma (including suspected of it), viral diseases, kidney disease, accompanied by albuminuria, kidney failure, simultaneous reception of MAO inhibitors, pregnancy, lactation, children's age (up to 2.5 years).
Carefully
Arterial hypertension, ischemic heart disease, hyperthyroidism.
Dosing
Intranasally (keep the bottle in an upright position). Adults and children over 15 years: 1 injection in each nasal passage 3-5 times a day.
Children 2.5-15 years: 1 injection in each nasal passage 3 times a day. The course of treatment is 5-10 days.

Overdose
Due to the low degree of absorption in the systemic blood flow, an overdose is unlikely.
Interaction
Guanethidine increases the hypertensive effect of phenylephrine and, due to a decrease in the sympathetic tone of guanethidine, prolonged mydriasis is possible.
MAO inhibitors increase the risk of increased blood pressure.
Special instructions
