Indications

Supraventricular tachyarrhythmias (tachycardia of the AV connection, supraventricular tachycardia with WPW-syndrome, paroxysm of atrial fibrillation), ventricular tachycardia.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity (including to sulfonamides), congestive heart failure III-IV degree, shock, AV block II and III degree sinoatrial block, sick sinus syndrome, bradycardia, hypokalemia, hypotension, elongated the QT interval, occlusive peripheral arterial disease obstructive pulmonary disease, metabolic acidosis, laryngeal edema, allergic rhinitis.

Dosing and Administration
