The pharmacological action is antiparkinsonian.

Indications

Parkinson's disease, parkinsonism, extrapyramidal disorders (spastic paralysis, muscle stiffness, hyperkinesis, Little's disease).

Contraindications

Glaucoma, ciliary tachyarrhythmia, arterial hypertension, congestive heart failure, hepatic-renal insufficiency.

Side effects

Dry mouth, dizziness, agitation, tachycardia, paresis of accommodation.

Dosing and Administration

Inside, during or after a meal, starting at 0.5-1 mg / day; In the following days, add 1-2 mg per day to a daily dose of 5-10 mg (in 1-3 administration).
