Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic, anti-gout.

Indication

Inflammatory and degenerative joint diseases: rheumatoid arthritis, extra-articular rheumatism, gout.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, psychosis, peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer, hepatic-renal failure, arterial hypertension, edematous syndrome, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, salivary gland hyperplasia, systemic lupus erythematosus, pregnancy, lactation, age (up to 14 years).

Side effects

Gastralgia, nausea, vomiting, gastrointestinal ulceration, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, edema, albuminuria, nephritis, hepatitis, stomatitis, hypothyroidism, leukopenia, agranulocytosis, thrombocytopenia, anemia, allergic reactions.

Dosing and Administration

Rectally, 1 candle 1-2 times a day; maintenance dose - 1 / 2-1 candle a day for 7-10 days (no more).
