Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic.
Indications
Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, children's rheumatoid arthritis, periarticular diseases (painful inflammation of the shoulder joint, tendosinovitis), acute gouty arthritis, lumbago, etc.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, asthma attack, hives and rhinitis associated with taking NSAIDs, gastrointestinal bleeding, pregnancy, lactation, age (up to 2 years).
Side effects
Exacerbation of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, dyspeptic disorders, dizziness, headaches, nervousness, ringing in the ears, impaired vision, agranulocytosis, aplastic anemia, impaired liver and kidney function, swelling, skin lesions, allergic reactions.
Interaction
Incompatible with dimethyl sulfoxide, cyclosporine, acetylsalicylic acid, methotrexate.
